// Product 04 โ Pre-Bent Rebar Cages
Epoxy-coated bars bent and tied into ready-to-place cages for columns, pile caps, and footings, formed in a controlled factory environment rather than bent on-site after delivery.
Request a Quote// Overview
The single biggest risk to an epoxy coating is what happens after the bar leaves the coating line. Cutting and bending on-site โ with hand tools, in the open, under time pressure โ is where nicks, cracks, and stripped patches of coating are most commonly introduced, undermining the entire purpose of specifying coated steel in the first place.
Pre-bent cages remove that risk at the source. Bars are cut, bent to the exact column, pile cap, or footing geometry, and tied into a complete cage inside a controlled factory environment, then delivered to site ready to lift into the formwork. The only handling the coating faces after that is placement โ not fabrication.
// Where It's Used
Any structural element with formed reinforcement geometry in a chloride or corrosive environment.
// Manufacturing & Quality
Because bending is the highest-risk step for coating damage, it gets its own inspection stage.
