Not every project needs full cages or standard stirrups — many need a mixed schedule of hooks, links, cranked bars, and custom shapes called out in a bar bending schedule (BBS). Cut & Bend Steel takes that schedule and fabricates it directly, item by item, in the factory.

Because every shape is cut and bent, then coated immediately after — before it reaches site — none of it depends on site crews bending coated bar with hand tools. It arrives sorted, tagged, and ready to place exactly as scheduled.
